Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Red Hills Media website and online store (the “Site”), operated by Red Hills Media, an e-commerce and creative agency in Tallahassee, Florida. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including products, shipping, and tax. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Fulfillment & shipping

Physical products are produced and shipped on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product, destination, and carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the carrier’s acceptance of the shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & refunds

Because most items are made to order, we accept returns or replacements for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at contact@redhillsmediafl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will make it right. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and artwork — are owned by Red Hills Media or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to use automated means to scrape or collect data without our permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Hills Media and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Text messaging & privacy

If you opt in to text messages, your participation is governed by our SMS Terms. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
